The Jerry Forbes Centre Foundation was incorporated in January 2012 under the Societies Act of Alberta with the following mandate:

To provide healthy, affordable and vibrant work spaces for Edmonton non-profit organizations, as we dream, grow and work together.
Vision
To create a legacy of volunteerism in Edmonton, fostering collaboration between non-profit organizations by developing a sustainable, multi-tenant centre promoting synergy, innovation and community spirit.

The Foundation has a great team of Board and Committee volunteers leading the way, and have received our CRA status. Fundraising efforts are being led by Mr. John Holmlund, with the support of many committed community volunteers.
