We have the room for you!  Our 93,000 square foot Centre for Community Spirit has three rooms available for rental opportunities. Each room offers a variety of options for seating and setup.  Conveniently located just off Yellowhead Trail and Wayne Gretzky Drive, our Centre is easy to access from anywhere in Edmonton or from surrounding communities.

When you rent a space at the Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit, you are helping to support the 25 non-profits that call the Centre home. We can help you with your event and meeting needs, and you can help us to continue providing a vibrant and innovative home for local non-profit organizations!

Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation MEZZANINE

  • Non-profit Rate: Half Day – $250, Full Day $350
  • Regular Rate: Half Day – $350, Full Day $500

The Mezzanine has two walls of windows allowing the warmth of natural light into the 3675 square feet of space! The ideal room for networking events, conferences, training sessions, fundraising events, meetings, AGMs, and much more.

  • 125 seated for dining and beverage
  • Flexible room setup for seated and stand up events

Table linens, decor items, additional AV services, and event management available through River City Events. They are our Preferred Partner for event management and rentals, specializing in:

  • Rentals – providing all event rentals required to fully support any special event, meeting, training session, or fundraising event.
  • Planning – helping you through every step of the event planning process.
  • Design – their designers research and integrate trends and styles with your specific needs.

SERVUS Credit Union  VOLUNTEER WORKSHOP

  • Non-profit Rate: Half Day – $250, Full Day $350
  • Regular Rate: Half Day – $350, Full Day $500

The WORKSHOP is 3230 square feet with a high ceiling and large drop-down screen. The colourful feature wall brings the room to life and adds a splash of vibrancy! This multi-purpose space is perfect for all types of events, training sessions, workshops, conferences, and much more.

  • 150 seated for dining and beverage
  • Flexible room setup for seated and standup events
  • Free onsite parking
  • *Accessibile ramp to entrance

Community Hub BOARDROOM

  • Non-profit Rate: Half Day – $100, Full Day $150
  • Regular Rate: Half Day – $150, Full Day $250

The Community Hub is boardroom style seating for up to 24 people. It’s the ideal space for all types of meetings including board meetings, hybrid meetings, volunteer training, orientation sessions, and interviews.

JFC  CLASSROOM / TRAINING ROOM

  • Non-profit Rate: Half Day – $100, Full Day $150
  • Regular Rate: Half Day – $150, Full Day $250

The Classroom is 500 square feet with flexible room configurations, adjustable lighting, and mobile virtual technology with large LOFT board.

  • Desk seating for 12 people
  • Podium for instructor/moderator/speaker

  • Oversized moveable desks and comfortable chairs
